Mike’s extensive background includes managing partner roles at EKI/ARM, chief risk officer positions at multiple PEOs, healthcare, and retail companies, as well as senior director roles at a retail company.
As Chief of Operations at YS.com, Mike successfully led the company through three business combinations, ultimately selling to an F-500 company in just 10 months and generating $250 million in income. He is a highly skilled risk manager with expertise in workers’ compensation, underwriting, and safety staff implementation.
Mike has presented at NAPEO conferences and is a member of the organization since 1998.
