How to Qualify for this Exciting VIP Experience
Your Path to the 2027 WM Phoenix Open
Four requirements. One unforgettable experience.
- Be an Eligible Broker Partner:
Be among the first 20 eligible brokers, retail agents, or general agents to satisfy the program requirements and remain in good standing with PrestigePEO. - Close 150 New Worksite Employees:
Close 150 qualifying new worksite employees with a signed Client Service Agreement and an effective date between July 1, 2026, and January 15, 2027. - Include a PrestigePEO Medical Master Plan:
Enroll qualifying clients in a PrestigePEO Medical Master Plan, with carrier options available based on client needs, location, and eligibility. - Include at Least Three Ancillary Plans:
Qualifying ancillary plans may include:- Disability
- Life
- Dental
- Vision
- Critical Illness
- Accident
- Financial wellness programs

Complete Eligibility and Program Requirements
ELIGIBILITY AND PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS
- The first 20 Brokers, Retail Agents, or General Agents who close 150 Worksite Employees (WSEs) with a signed Client Service Agreement and an effective date between July 1, 2026, and January 15, 2027 (the “Incentive Period”) are eligible to receive the prize package.
- To qualify, a Medical Master Plan and at least three (3) Ancillary Plans are required.
- The 150 WSEs required to qualify for the prize package must relate to new business during the Incentive Period and must not include WSEs from spin-offs, add-ons, or renewals of prior sales.
- The Broker, Retail Agent, or General Agent must be in good standing with PrestigePEO (“Program Administrator”) to remain qualified and may not be an individual whose participation in the program is prohibited by any applicable law or regulation.
- The prize package is not assignable or transferable, and no substitutions are permitted.
TRAVEL AND EXPENSES
- The prize package includes attendance-related benefits for the 2027 Phoenix Open, such as event access, airfare, hotel accommodations, and transportation, as determined by the Program Administrator.
- PrestigePEO will cover airfare, transportation, and hotel accommodations when booked through the event coordinator.
- The Program Administrator reserves the right to determine the reasonable cost of covered expenses and may cap, limit, or deny accommodation or travel requests.
- Participants are responsible for any additional expenses that exceed the amounts approved by the Program Administrator.
- Participants are responsible for incidental costs, such as room service, additional transportation, or extended stays beyond the event duration.
CONTACT AND VERIFICATION
- PrestigePEO will use the broker’s contact information on file to contact and verify winners per its Privacy Policy (available at https://www.prestigepeo.com/consumer-privacy-act/)
- Failure to provide valid, working contact information may result in forfeiture of the prize.
REPORTING AND TAXES
- The value of any prize awarded may be reported on Form 1099, as required by the Internal Revenue Service.
- All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt of a prize are the recipient’s sole responsibility.
- The final value may vary depending on airfare costs, hotel rates, and other factors.
- Recipients are encouraged to consult a tax advisor regarding their tax obligations.
PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR RIGHTS
- PrestigePEO reserves the exclusive right to amend the program rules or terminate the program at any time, without prior notice.
- PrestigePEO may disqualify any participant for noncompliance with program rules, ineligibility under applicable law, or for any other reason it deems appropriate in its sole discretion.
GOVERNING LAW
- The laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions, will govern the program and its terms. Any disputes or causes of action arising from or relating to this program must be brought exclusively in the applicable Court of Law in Suffolk County, New York.
LIABILITY LIMITATIONS
- PrestigePEO is not liable for any direct, special, indirect, or consequential damages arising from participation in the program, inability to participate, or errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the program materials.
- PrestigePEO is not responsible for any losses or damages caused by third-party vendors, including airlines, hotels, or transportation providers.
