Lauren Devine

Lauren’s team is dedicated to the delivery of strategic and tactical HR services, as well as high-touch client relationship management for PrestigePEO clients. Having been a client of a PEO prior to her role at Prestige, Lauren genuinely understands the client perspective, and is an advocate for clients at every stage of their business journey.

Lauren joined PrestigePEO in 2021, bringing over 25 years of experience in human resources, client service delivery, and process improvement. Prior to joining PrestigePEO, Lauren was Vice President, Human Resources for Hudson RPO, where she led the people strategy for the Americas region and developed a consultative, collaborative, HR Business partnership that cultivated employee trust and resulted in zero legal claims. Prior to Hudson, Lauren served in a variety of leadership roles at Adecco, a global talent solutions leader, in the areas of talent management, operations, and client solutions delivery.

Lauren holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from University of California, Berkeley and achieved SPHR certification in April 2021. She currently lives in St. James, NY with her husband where she enjoys growing orchids, gardening, and cross-country trips to visit family in California.
