Eric is a PEO industry veteran with over 20 years’ experience. Eric recently joined Prestige Employee Administrators as Chief Operating Officer. At Prestige, Eric is responsible for continuing to grow Prestige’s already successful footprint in the PEO industry. Prior to joining Prestige, Eric was the President of the Northeast region at CoAdvantage, a national PEO owned by Morgan Stanley Private Equity. As President, Eric was responsible for the growth of the Northeast region with responsibility of all Operations in the Tri-State area. Before CoAdvantage, Eric helped build and lead one of the most successful white-collar PEO’s in the country. With the dual role of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Ambrose Employer Group based in New York City, he led virtually all internal and client facing functions and teams. Eric successfully built and led a highly engaged, committed and aligned organization that delivered superior service and value to a demanding client base, rocketing the company to become the Gold Standard in the PEO industry while redefining the PEO value proposition. Eric led the acquisition of Ambrose to competitor Trinet, in 2013.
Eric is a former Board of Directors Member and former Chair of Audit Committee for the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO). He also actively served on the Accounting Practices Committee, helping to develop Accounting standards in the PEO industry. Eric lives in New Jersey with his 2 children.
