Evan Engler

With more than 30 years of experience in retirement benefits and financial operations, Evan Engler brings a deep well of expertise and strategic vision to his role as Vice President of Financial & Retirement Services PrestigePEO.

Throughout his distinguished career, Evan has collaborated with prominent organizations, including the New York Yankees, the NHL, the NBA, Martha Stewart Living, and numerous educational institutions across New York, ranging from K–12 school districts to colleges and universities. Today, he channels that same dedication to service and excellence into helping PrestigePEO clients design and deliver competitive, sustainable retirement programs for their employees.

Evan leads PrestigePEO’s Retirement Benefits Division, which he built into a fully independent department to support the company’s growing client base and evolving service model. Under his leadership, the division oversees approximately $700 million in assets within the company’s Multiple Employer 401(k) Plan, serving more than 10,000 participating employees. He has implemented a comprehensive client success management system that ensures every question, request, and plan adjustment is tracked and resolved efficiently delivering a level of responsiveness and transparency that defines PrestigePEO’s client experience.

A seasoned executive and member of PrestigePEO’s Investment Committee, Evan combines his financial acumen with a collaborative leadership style rooted in active listening, innovation, and integrity. He works closely with clients, partners, and providers to develop customized retirement solutions that promote long-term financial stability and employee engagement, while also aligning with recent government and 401(k) industry initiatives to help employers maximize savings and leverage available tax credits.

Before joining PrestigePEO, Evan held executive leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, within the healthcare industry, as well as Vice President of Group Benefits, where he led cross-functional teams focused on operational efficiency, client growth, and compliance. His balanced approach to leadership, combining analytical rigor with a deep commitment to teamwork and trust, has earned him a reputation as a respected advisor and strategic partner.
