Manager Self-Service Enhancements

The latest updates we designed make common management tasks easier to navigate and more efficient to complete.
With stronger visibility into approvals, employee details, and time-off planning, the updated experience helps managers access important information more quickly and take action with greater confidence.
Enhancements/Value Block
The updated dashboard includes My Approvals, My Employees, and Birthdays & Anniversaries, helping important tasks and team information surface more clearly in one place.
Approvals for items such as leave requests and I-9 Section II can be reviewed through the My Approvals experience, giving managers a more direct way to see and act on pending items.
The PTO Calendar displays pending and approved leave requests, making it easier for managers to track team availability. The manager materials also state that the PTO Calendar can be integrated with Outlook.
Depending on permissions and company configuration, managers may also have access to employee details, pay information, pay stubs, payroll history, approvals, HR actions, and new hire-related workflows.
Built to support the responsibilities client managers handle most often, Manager Self-Service is designed to make everyday tasks more visible, more direct, and easier to manage.
