Executive Vice President

Heather Keefer Saulsbury boasts over 25 years of experience in the PEO realm and serves as the organization’s Executive Vice President.   Committed to leading with integrity and efficiency while fostering exceptional partnerships through concierge-level customer service. Heather has a dual role with StaffLink Outsourcing, assisting with operational customer service and efficiencies, and overseeing the company’s new client initiatives. Her involvements assure the highest level of business integrity for the valued clients of StaffLink Outsourcing.  She has been responsible for marketing initiatives and social media presence and writes several articles and blogs that pertain to the needs and interests of the PEO client.  Heather assists with the management of all StaffLink office locations and serves on the NAPEO Marketing Committee, as well as is engaged as an active author for articles in the industry-led magazine, PEO Insider.

Heather began her journey with StaffLink Outsourcing in 2016 and has successfully led production and client experience for several years.  She is a graduate of the University of Florida and is an active advocate for small business initiatives and support.

StaffLink Outsourcing’s Finance Department, under the direction of Frederica Simms, brings 20 years of PEO experience and a hands-on approach to assisting our business partners and clients with the ever-changing world of human resources, benefits administration, and tax reporting and compliance at the federal, state, and local levels. The Finance Department holds an educational background (BS in Accounting, Master of Business Administration, and pursuit of a Doctoral in Business Administration).

With a strong knowledge of both cash and accrual accounting systems, the department has been responsible for multi-million-dollar budgets, with experience in all aspects of financial forecasting, resource allocation, fund management, accounting, and control. The Finance Department is responsible for all aspects of StaffLink Outsourcing’s tax filings, compliance, accounting, and reporting including consolidation, management reports, internal controls, and cash management. Through the Finance Department, StaffLink Outsourcing enjoys the perks of an exceptional banking relationship that we can pass on to our clients in the form of dependable direct deposits and other financial services. The Finance Department’s perspective is putting clients first, providing the ultimate customer service experience, and client satisfaction.
