Position Description:

Assist Benefits Department with data entry, filing and worksite employee issue maintenance

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • System set up of benefit plans
  • Client onboarding set up
  • Process enrollment forms submitted for all plans
  • Process terminations at appropriate carrier website
  • Reinstate coverage for COBRA participants
  • Liaise with providers to obtain information in order to resolve claim issues
  • Maintain proper forms for each carrier
  • Liaise with providers and payroll to resolve billing issues
  • Analyze reports and conduct audits
  • Prepare and/or update benefit menus
  • Notify Payroll of appropriate changes
  • Create and send out benefit eligibility packets

Experience: Entry level administrative experience.

Specific Skills Needed:

  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Strong written communications skills
  • Detail oriented with ability to multi-task
  • Basic Computer Knowledge
